Seeping Daggers
Made a build by fooling around a bit and came up with this.
Comments are welcome but I'll say in advance it's been working good for me.
Never the less I'm open for opinions
Skills
[skill]Seeping Wound[/skill][skill]Expose Defenses[/skill][skill]Black Spider Strike[/skill][skill]Twisting Fangs[/skill][skill]Black Lotus Strike[/skill][skill]Blades of Steel[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill][skill]Dark Escape[/skill]
Attributes
Critical Strikes: 12+1
Dagger Mastery: 8+3+1
Deadly Arts: 5+1
Shadow Arts: 9+1
Weapons & Armor
Zealous Daggers of Enchanting
Shrouded Armor for the energy benefit with one additional Attunement Rune.
This can be changed by a Vigor Rune according to own taste.
Counters
Like any Melee build, Blind and Wards can disrupt your combo.
Use
The only defense there is is Feigned Neutrality and Dark Escape :P
Dark Escape is also used to quickly reach the shrines.
A high damage output build that results in a lethal attack within 4 hits
Start by putting Seeping Wound and/or Expose Defenses (works perfect on touch rangers etc.) on the target.
Follow up with the first two skills: Black Spider Strike + Twisting Fangs.
This will result in a -10 health degen and a Deep Wound lowering your targets health even faster.
Then hit them with Black Lotus Strike and Blades of Steel to dish out even more damage and regain a whole lot of energy. Your combo will 90% result in a kill.
Enjoy
PS...
This is for Alliance Battles since you're close to useless if you got DP.

Mainly it's good to pressure on a single target...
Its my first really 'worked-out' sin build I've got since I've only recently picked it up.
Never the less it's given me a lot of fun and I was amazed at the damage it can produce.
So i felt I'd share it.
Now the combos are a bit straight forward but since my sin isn't that far progressed yet it's all i could put in it.

He said Alliance Battles...
It's a nice build if you've got backup. Alone... it's kinda iffy.

I wasn't sure what you were making it for until you tagged it on the end.
I was thinking "Shrines? What shrines? Resurrect shrines? ... Why?!"
On the whole, I'm figuring its not efficient use of an elite skill... That is to say its Degen-Overkill in some cases... but then in PvP (or even AB, which the PvP folks seem to consider invalid) the enemies take a bit longer to die... so I suppose its justified....
Still... thats some slightly dodgy distributing of attributes. Just as well its PvP gear as I wouldn't go around with ALL the minor runes (let alone three minors and one superior) on one suit of armour.

I dunno, I don't really think there's such a thing as degen overkill. There are plenty of healing spells that give you +regen instead of chunks of health; the heavy degen helps to ensure that, even if they do get something like [skill=text]Restful Breeze[/skill], they'll still be in a lot of trouble.

Ok.... in the case of those with certain monk enchantments on them, assuming they're another player character and not some monster somewhere (who will be degenned to death very quickly) OR possibly [wiki]Mungri Magicbox[/wiki]... it might well be worthwhile.
Besides... I'm hardly one to talk as regards degen overkill.
My standard battle-tactics at the moment with my hero group involve inflicting enemies with Bleeding (Jagged Strikes & Jagged Horrors), Poison (Virulence), Disease (Virulence) and Burning (Mark of Rodgort) all at the same time (along with Weakness (Virulence), Deep Wound (Impale) and Crippled (Crippling Dagger)). Thats not taking into account the armour-ignoring damage I'm doing, the vast amount of attacking done by Olias's Minions.... or Zhed spamming Glowing Gaze on everything (while completely ignoring Searing Flames... silly Zhed) that the minions set on fire (thanks to Greater Conflagration and Mark of Rodgort from Sousuke).
We don't need no water let the.....

Depending on where you are, you could switch out Expose Defenses, put in [skill=text]Mark of Rodgort[/skill], and bring Fire daggers along.
That would be wholesome family entertainment.
